The Fertile Kitchen: Add some fertility into your holiday cooking

Born of a beautiful story of hope, this book was written by a couple who struggled for over a year to conceive. When they were evaluated by a fertility specialist, they were given a grim 2% chance of ever being able to conceive on their own. Determined to find their way, they invested countless hours researching all the things they could do to optimize their fertility. 4 months later they conceived and later gave birth to a healthy baby boy – naturally!

Inspired by the impact that diet had on their fertility as well as the amazing recipes that they were able to create, they knew they had to share it with the world. Hence, The Fertile Kitchen®, was born. In this cookbook, they share a ton of nutrition information they learned during the course of their fertility journey, tips for new methods of cooking to make it easier and healthier and of course 60 of their favorite recipes including: Lamb Curry in Coconut Milk, Crêpes Salée, Spicy Garbanzo Beans, and a light version of Chili Con Carne.
