Lunch: Bacon Sandwich That Has Some Other Stuff In It, Too (BSTHSOSIT)


2-3 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast (for bros in a hurry: you can also use pre-sliced deli meat)
3 slices turkey bacon*
½ medium sliced avocado
3 slices ripe red tomatoes
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
2 slices fortified, whole grain bread


1. Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet on medium heat until evenly browned
2. Remove bacon from heat
3. Place mustard, chicken and tomato on one slice of bread.
4. Place bacon and avocado on remaining bread. Add salt and pepper to avocado to taste
5. Assemble sandwich
6. Eat sandwich.
7. Bask in the fertility healthy deliciousness

*Like all good things, bacon needs to be enjoyed in moderation. Some studies have shown that overindulging in this delicious, awe inspiring cured meat could actually impact your fertility. While turkey bacon is a healthier alternative, you should still monitor your intake.
