Breakfast: Party in your Cup

2 cups of low-fat plain yogurt*
3 big strawberries
1 kiwi
1 cup of granola
¼ cup of almonds or peanuts

1. Chop strawberries into small cubes. Do the same for the kiwi.
2. Unless already chopped, chop nuts into smaller pieces. If you prefer the nuts whole, simply mix in with the granola.
3. Place a bed of strawberries into a cup. Next put a cup of yogurt on top of the strawberries. Then layer the granola on top of the yogurt. Using the rest of the ingredients, layer the “party” in any fashion you desire.
4. Some people like to mix up their “party.” Feel free to mix it up however you’d like and enjoy!
*Feel free to change the yogurt flavor based on what kind you think you would enjoy with the recipe more.
